Entering the Integration Phase.
The 2026 Structure, Function, & Breath workshop series is complete.
After an intensive exploration of breath mechanics, pressure systems, and structural organization, I am stepping back from public teaching for the rest of the year.
The work is not stopping.
It is consolidating.
The Next Phase
The manuscript is complete and entering the publication phase.
The title and release details will be announced at the appropriate time.
The focus now shifts to publication and continued refinement of the integration model that connects breath, pressure, fascia, and alignment into a cohesive framework.
Rather than continue teaching the current iteration, the priority is to allow the work to mature in its written form and publishing process.
Depth requires space.
Space allows the model to sharpen.
What This Means
There will be no additional public workshops in 2026.
Future trainings will be announced after publication, once the integration model reaches its next level of clarity.
When teaching resumes, it will reflect a more distilled and complete expression of the work.
