Structure. Function. Breath.
Entering the Integration Phase.
The 2026 workshop series is complete.
After an intensive exploration of breath mechanics, pressure systems, and structural organization, I am stepping back from public teaching for the remainder of the year.
This is not a pause. It is a deepening.
What's Happening
For the past several years I have been developing a body of work that reframes how we understand structure, function, and breath in the human body. That work has now been written into a book — currently in the publication process.
The book explores how breath and pressure shape and influence alignment — and offers what may be the missing link between biotensegrity and biomechanics. Two frameworks that have long existed in parallel, without a clear bridge between them. This book builds that bridge.
It is the synthesis of decades of clinical work, teaching, and inquiry distilled into a cohesive framework that hasn't been written before.
That framework needs space to reach its full clarity before it's taught again.
Depth requires space.
Space allows the model to sharpen.
What This Means
There will be no public workshops in 2026.
When teaching resumes, it will be a more complete and distilled expression of the work — informed by publication and the next level of integration.
The right time will be clear. You'll hear about it here first.
