Clinical Work

I practice structural integration in Santa Barbara, California, where I've maintained a full-time clinical practice for nearly thirty years.

How I Help

People come to me for chronic pain that hasn't resolved elsewhere, for postural patterns that limit how they move and feel, and for preparation and recovery around spinal and pelvic floor surgery. The work is hands-on and unhurried: assess how a body is currently organizing itself, then work with tissue, breath, and movement to give it a better option.

My goal is never to create a dependent client. It's body literacy — helping you read your own body's signals, understand what they mean, and know what to do about them. Most clients work with me in a focused series, then return only when something new comes up.

Who this is for

— Adults dealing with persistent pain or restriction

— People preparing for or recovering from spine or pelvic floor surgery

— Athletes and movement professionals who want a structural tune-up

— Anyone whose body has stopped responding to the usual approaches

Working together

The practice is in Santa Barbara and sessions are in person. If you'd like to explore working together, send a note through the contact page with a few lines about what's going on, and I'll respond personally.
