Speaking & Teaching
I speak and teach on how the human body actually organizes itself — and what that means for anyone who works with bodies for a living.
For over twenty years I've taught alongside clinical practice: teaching structural integration practitioner trainings, serving as visiting anatomy faculty for yoga teacher training programs, and leading workshops for practitioners and movement professionals. The teaching draws on the same framework as my book, Body of Water: pressure, breath, and fascia as the foundations of structure.
